Welcome to Onsite Weldforce Corporation!
By enrolling in any of our training programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before you begin registration or payment.
1. Enrollment & Course Commitment
Enrollment is confirmed only after the required $200 deposit or full payment has been received.
Students enroll voluntarily, with full understanding of the nature of welding training and its physical requirements.
Course schedules, instructors, and training modules are subject to change depending on batch size and availability.
Onsite Weldforce reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training if a student violates safety protocols, demonstrates misconduct, or fails to adhere to center policies.
2. Attendance & Conduct
Students must arrive on time, wear complete PPE, and follow all safety procedures outlined during orientation.
Use of mobile phones, unsafe behavior, or misuse of tools and machines may lead to suspension from the training.
The workshop environment is shared — respect towards instructors, staff, and peers is mandatory.
3. Refund & Payment Policy
All course fees are non-refundable once training has commenced or a seat has been confirmed.
The $200 deposit is refundable only if the course is cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.
Requests for refund or cancellation must be made in writing via email before this period.
Payments made through third-party financing or payment partners are governed by their individual refund and service policies. Onsite Weldforce is not responsible for any refunds or disputes handled through external platforms.
For complete details, refer to our Refund & Payment Policy page.
4. Course Modifications & Deferrals
Students may request to reschedule or defer their batch due to personal circumstances.
Deferral approval is subject to availability and must be made in writing before the original course end date.
No refunds or credits will be issued for incomplete attendance or mid-course withdrawal.
5. Safety & Equipment Use
Welding training involves the use of high-temperature arcs, gases, and heavy machinery.
Students must follow all safety instructions provided by trainers at all times.
PPE (helmet, gloves, jacket, safety glasses, etc.) must be worn inside the workshop.
Onsite Weldforce is not responsible for injuries, burns, or property damage caused by negligence or non-compliance with safety instructions.
6. Waiver & Liability Release
By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge and agree that:
Welding is a physical, hands-on skill that carries inherent risks such as heat exposure, burns, and minor injuries.
You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
Onsite Weldforce, its trainers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising during or after training, unless caused by proven gross negligence on the part of the institution.
You agree to waive any claims or demands against Onsite Weldforce related to injury, property loss, or personal damage sustained during training.
In the event of a medical emergency, Onsite Weldforce may arrange for first aid or emergency services at the student’s expense.
7. Certification & CWB Testing
CWB tests are conducted in accordance with Canadian Welding Bureau (CWB) regulations.
Completion of training does not guarantee certification — students must pass the official CWB test as per their guidelines.
Onsite Weldforce provides CWB test preparation and exam facilitation but holds no liability for results or retest fees.
8. Intellectual Property & Media Release
All training materials, videos, and course content remain the intellectual property of Onsite Weldforce.
By participating in training, you consent to the use of your images, videos, and testimonials for educational or promotional purposes, unless explicitly opted out in writing.
9. Privacy & Data Handling
Any personal information collected is used solely for training, certification, and administrative purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data with unauthorized third parties.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling, paying, or attending any training session at Onsite Weldforce, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the Refund & Waiver clauses above.
